Group Classes


Adults Group Classes are a great way to meet new people & learn new steps. Our 6 week Adult Classes cover social and competitive dance styles at the Beginner (Bronze), Intermediate (Bronze) & Advanced (Silver) levels. Classes cover step patterns, partnering, technique & body movement. No partner necessary. Open enrollment during weeks 1 and 2.    Schedule & Online Enrollment Form




Youth & Teen Group Classes focus on the upbeat Latin & Swing dances. Classes cover step patterns, partnering, posture, timing and developing a solid foundation in the basics. No partner necessary. Open enrollment during weeks 1 and 2.   Open House / Schedule & Online Enrollment Form





Zumba Dance Fitness is a fun and effective exercise dance program that integrates steps and solo patterns from dances such as Salsa, Samba and Meringue. Zumba Fitness features aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Easy to follow dance steps, no experience required. Belly Dance celebrates all body types, ages, and walks of life! Experience the beauty and health benefits of BellyDance, an ancient and mysterious dance.
