Daniel Voronin and Asmahan Oliva from our Teen Latin Team performed at the charitable event, Children of Boston to Children of Sderot Concert, where Children of Greater Boston from the leading dance, music and theatrical studios took to the stage to help the children of Sderot, Israel.
They demonstrated a beautiful Paso Doble dance, choreographed by Bryan Tran, and dazzled the audience with their impressive Spanish dance performance. Great job guys!
Congratulations to Richard Fish who recently competed at the Commonwealth Classic Dance Sport Championships in November!
Richard competed with his instructor, Tricia Camera, in the American Smooth category and placed 1st in 3 dances (Waltz, Tango & Foxtrot) in the Silver I level. He also placed 2nd & 3rd in the Silver II levels.
"Competition at these levels is very high and Richard continues to improve and do well", according to his instructor, Trish Camera. Richard began his amateur competition career with his instructor, Tricia Camera, at the Dancing a la Carte Championships in 2008. During this time, Richard has competed in American Smooth and International Standard at both the Bronze and Silver levels. "Richard is tireless in his work, and practices relentlessly, making sure his form and routines are flawless", according to his instructor. "Richard is the perfect student; he never misses a lesson and is dedicated, positive and really enjoys to dance. He continues to grow and improve over the years and I very much look forward to our next competition in February"!
