Just as the Fall brings multiple colors to beautify our world, ABL offers a variety of dancing to enrich your life! Join us for a Special Dancing Event: Every 30-min will feature a lesson by one of our fabulous dance instructors; they will also present a demo dance, and everyone will have an opportunity to “shake like a leaf🍁” with plenty of music and dancing in our cozy and colorful dance venue at 184 West Boylston Street in West Boylston, MA

Workshops & Special Events
Workshops are special group dancing events designed to teach students on either all levels of experience, or broken into specific levels, also, specialize on either specific dance style (Rumba, Waltz, Salsa, Swing…), or dancing techniques (partnering, musicality, continuity,…)

Coffee Break with refreshments are provided in the intermission

Duration: 2 hours of Workshop.
Cost: 
1 lesson: $24 in advance  or $30 at the door
2 lessons: $30 in advance, or $40 at the door

Dancing Practice Parties
Parties are OPEN to public.
No membership is necessary to attend parties.
No partner or experience necessary.

Every Saturday night American Ballroom & Latin Dance Studio transforms into Club Ballroom! Come to practice and show off your ballroom dance moves, meet new people, socialize and experience friendly atmosphere! Our studio offers the larges professionally built floating floor in Central Mass! Its good for your legs to dance the night out!
