ABL (American Ballroom Latin) Dancing Center brings the Social Dancing to West Boylston area! Come to learn and enjoy all forms of dance, meet our charismatic instructors, all of which provide a wonderful atmosphere for social experience, or even to take it to the more thrilling competitive level.
ABL is a multi-functional Center offers professional dance instructors to teach dancing for adults, and children. Our 10,000 sq ft beautiful facility—the Largest in Central Mass - We want everyone to feel really special when they come here and we've designed the space to bring all the fun and excitement of the dance to you!

Thank you for your patience during the shutdown and allowing us the time to prepare the studio & our Team Members to welcome you back to the fun!

In response to the COVID-19 we have implemented a number of new safety measures based on guidance from health authorities and government agencies:

• There is a new WAIVER form that everybody needs to fill out it includes an assumption of the risk for COVID-19. Active students would have to agree sign the agreement through the Customer Portal

• All persons, including employees, customers, and vendors remain at least six feet apart to the greatest extent possible, both inside and outside of the ABL.

• Face coverings or masks are required for all employees.

• At this time, it is recommended all Guests use our online registration system on official website.

• The Team Members will regularly sanitize high-traffic areas of the Center such as check in areas, chairs, tables, doorknobs, bathrooms and party room (every 3 hours). Dance/gymnastics equipment is provided to each student and sanitized after each class.

• Adult students must wear masks on dance floor, lounge, and common areas. Those in the high-risk category, or having symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, or fever, please don't join us.

• Phase 3: Adult group lessons & Social Parties: Invite/ Dance with trusted partners, No switching partners, Limited to 12 couples (24 guests), Reservations and pre-payment are required. No refund/credit for no show.

• New sanitation and safety training completed by all staff members.

We are very excited to see all our friends again and can’t wait for you to be able to enjoy our services once again! We understand that these times are challenging, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we navigate as responsibly as we can. Together, we can find new ways to have fun while being diligent to maintain proper physical distancing.

!!! COVID-19 Warning

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures—for you, our other Guests. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting ABL Dance Center.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting ABL Dance Center you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Help keep each other healthy.

Please focus on taking care of what you can control:
• We are asking that anyone who feels ill in any way, including having a fever of 100 degrees or higher within 24 hours, please stay home until you recover
• Your best defense is to wash your hands often, especially before eating and before/after use of communal electronics, with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. When soap is not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent alcohol
• Wash hands or use hand-sanitizer after blowing your nose and to discard tissues into the trash immediately after use
• Avoid touching your face, especially eyes, nose, and mouth
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
